WECON PLC-bsed for Motion Control

E-CAM function for motion control (LX3VE SERIES SUPPORTED)

An electronic centralised aircraft monitor (ECAM) is a system that monitors aircraft functions and relays them to the pilots.

Wecon 3VE series PLC were built-in the E-CAM function, including flying cut, rotary cut, S-curve, K2 curve and custom cam curve, support up to four-axis flying cuts, using the automatic generated flying cut curve to ensure the position synchronization of the punching axis, cutting axis and forming section. And it could smooth the start and stop process of punching axis and cutting axis.

  • E-cam:Flying cut

The reciprocating action of flying cut

  • E-cam:Rotary cut

The circular motion of rotary cut

The application of circular interpolation

Crosscutting machine belongs to carton processing machinery. The crosscutting machine is used in the production line of the corrugated board. It is used for the cutting of the finished cardboard. The technical feature and equipment adjustment status directly affects the accuracy of the finished cardboard’s cutting sizes and the appearance of the pressure line.

The Side Cutting Machine is a NC machine for punching of holes in the side of the plate type furniture. It is suitable for horizontal hole machining and horizontal slotting. It has features like, Infrared automatic induction, accurate detection of the hole position, accurate movement distance, low error, simple operation, eliminate the need of skilled workers, convenient and efficient.

Circular interpolation (LX3VM SERIES SUPPORTED)

To fully meet customers’ need in the CNC machine, Wecon independently researched, developed and released new PLC series LX3VM with adding of circular interpolation, which based on LX3VP Series.

In mathematics, interpolation is a method of constructing new data points within the range of a discrete set of known data points. Linear interpolation is a method of curve fitting using linear polynomials to construct new data points within the range of a discrete set of known data points. Moving a tool along an arc from X to Y with acceptable accuracy is called Circular interpolation. This moving speed controls the speed for each axis so that they can be the defined speed on the defined arc.
